Mounaver Thomas is Co-founder and director at Odin Partners. He founded Odin in 2015, having garnered significant senior leadership experience in executive search across EMEA Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC), working with a wide range of banks, investment firms, capital markets, and financial services firms globally.

An Australian native, Mounaver graduated from The Australian National University (Systems Engineering and Finance). After moving to the UK, he became a key executive at Cazar Search in London, where he served as Head of Search for EMEA Fixed Income for five years. He built a reputation as a top-tier specialist in executive search at Cazar across Global Markets.

As an executive leader at Odin Partners, Mounaver oversees a range of specialist executive services for global finance, investment banking, and the buy-side markets.

Outside of Odin, Mounaver is a passionate investor in early-stage ventures, with a particular interest in long-term value creation. He seeks investment opportunities in platforms that drive innovation and performance across the global financial sector.
